Job description

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in our growth in Belgium and our further international expansion. To strengthen our focus on the Belgian region (initially mainly in the western part of the country) we are looking for 2 driven Account Executives in the Antwerp area.

What will you be doing?

  • Sales Cycle Management: You will be responsible for independently managing the entire sales cycle with potential clients—from the initial presentation to closing the deal (for both main contractors and subcontractors).

  • Calendar Management & Leads: Leads are largely provided for you, and you will be supported by our SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) who schedule high-quality appointments in your calendar. In addition, you are ready to roll up your sleeves and handle a portion of your own calendar management, and searching for extra opportunities in the market is always highly encouraged!

  • Product Demos: You will deliver convincing product demos (both online and on-site) to get main contractors excited about the 12Build platform.

  • An Eye for the Market: You keep your ears and eyes open to what is happening in the Belgian construction industry and smartly apply your own, proven sales method to close deals.

  • Relationship Management: You build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to achieve the commercial objectives.

  • Targets: You consistently achieve and exceed your sales targets and relevant KPIs.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Language Skills: You speak and write fluently in Dutch/Flemish and French. Since English is our internal company language, you can also express yourself fluently in English.

  • Experience & Expertise: You have several years of experience in sales and closing deals, preferably with a strong focus on B2B.

  • Commercial Instinct: You possess proven communication and commercial skills, quickly spot opportunities, and maintain a result-oriented sales approach.

  • Industry Affinity: Experience in or a strong interest in the construction sector is a major plus.

  • Work Style: You work independently, are action-oriented, and are a true 'closer'. You know how to follow up on warm leads and manage your own pipeline efficiently.

  • Mobility & Presence: You hold a valid category driver's license and are willing to spend about 20% to 30% of your time on the road visiting our potential clients on-site within the Belgian region.

What do we offer you?

  • A gross base salary between €4,600 and €5,200 per month. On top of that, you will participate in our bonus scheme.

  • A company lease car + fuel/charging card (also available for private use).

  • Holiday allowance (vakantiegeld) in accordance with Belgian standards.

  • A net representation allowance of €120 per month.

  • A 13th-month bonus payment.
