Job description

As a Solution Expert, you play a key role in our growth in Germany and the wider DACH region.

What will you do?

  • Take full responsibility for managing the entire sales cycle with potential customers — from lead generation together with our SDRs, to presentations, all the way to closing deals (with both general contractors and subcontractors).

  • Conduct product demos online or on-site to convince general contractors of 12Build’s value.

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Help develop tailored features that meet our customers’ specific needs.

  • Work closely with SDRs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to shape our product and sales strategies.

  • Consistently achieve — and exceed — revenue targets and relevant KPIs.

Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

  • Language skills: Native-level German (spoken and written) and very good English skills.

  • Experience & expertise: Several years of sales experience, ideally with a focus on B2B customer relationships.

  • Commercial acumen: Proven communication and sales skills, ability to identify customers, and a talent for thinking outside the box.

  • Industry affinity: Experience in or a strong interest in the construction industry is a big plus.

  • Work style: Independent, structured, and solution-oriented, with the ability to think strategically and execute operationally. Experience with CRM systems like HubSpot is an advantage.

  • Mobility & presence: Driver’s license (Class B) and willingness to spend about 20–30% of your time on-site with potential customers across the DACH region.
