Are you an experienced, results-driven marketer who excels at blending strategic thinking with hands-on execution? At 12Build, a B2B SaaS leader transforming the construction industry across Europe, you will have the opportunity to scale our international presence in markets like the Netherlands, Germany, and Denmark. As the architect of our growth engine, you will design and lead an integrated campaign strategy to drive predictable and scalable pipeline growth.

What are you going to do?

In this high-impact role, you will take full ownership of our growth strategy and its execution. Your focus will be on:

  • Integrated Campaign Strategy: Architect and execute comprehensive, full-funnel campaigns—including GTM launches, webinars, and tradeshows—to strengthen our market positioning.

  • Data-Driven Optimization: Drive performance improvements through real-time monitoring of metrics like traffic and conversion, using deep-dive attribution to maximize ROI.

  • AI & Automation: Champion the automation of campaign execution (content and design) using AI applications and system integrations to increase speed and scalability.

  • Pipeline & ABM: Architect advanced, multi-regional Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and develop demand generation programs to rapidly grow the qualified sales pipeline.

  • Cross-Functional Enablement: Act as a key strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Customer Success to ensure effective enablement materials and help architect expansion revenue strategies.

A large part of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany and Denmark already works on our platform and uses our software on a daily basis. Job requirements

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for a highly strategic, all-round talent with a pragmatic, "can-do" mentality. You should meet the following qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, performance marketing, or demand generation.

  • Analytical Power: Deep expertise in complex funnel analytics, lead scoring, and connecting web/content data to CRM and pipeline metrics.

  • Leadership & Influence: Exceptional strategic thinking skills with a proven ability to influence product roadmaps and commercial decisions.

  • Systems & AI Proficiency: Highly proficient with marketing automation (HubSpot) and developing AI agents to accelerate multi-channel marketing.

  • International Mindset: Experience working in a multi-market environment is required; fluent English is essential, while fluency in Dutch or German is a strong asset.
