Are you a master at bridging the gap between local culture and European ambition? We are looking for an independent, bilingual Recruiter who knows how to find "A-players" across borders while staying firmly rooted in our Dutch home base.

We need a hunter who thrives on the chase, but also a people-person who understands that a great hire is about character, mindset, and "culture add’’, not just a list of skills on a CV.

Your key responsibilities

• European Expansion: Proactively source and headhunt top-tier talent in the Benelux, Germany, and the Nordics.

• Scaling Strategy: As we grow, you’ll help us lay the recruitment foundation for new EU markets.

• Deep-Dive Selection: Look beyond the PDF. You’ll do interviews that uncover a candidate’s true drivers and values.

• End-to-End Ownership: You manage the full funnel—from your first "ping" on LinkedIn to the final contract signature.

• Cultural Liaison: You translate our informal, ambitious company culture to candidates from diverse backgrounds, ensuring a perfect fit.

Who is 12Build?

With a healthy dose of Drive, Openness and Happiness, we are building a transparent construction sector. We are not only a SaaS platform that connects construction companies and promotes collaboration, we are also the market leader in the Netherlands. We have been around for almost twenty years and we are still growing. Our team now consists of more than 90 colleagues, working together from two offices and various home offices throughout Europe. A large part of the construction world in the Benelux, Germany and Denmark already works on our platform and uses our software on a daily basis. And we have the ambition to conquer the whole of Europe!

Your Profile

You are a self-starter who doesn't need a manual to get moving. You are sharp, persuasive, and genuinely interested in people’s stories.

• Bilingual Mastery: You are fluent in both Dutch and English.

• International Track Record: You have proven experience in international recruitment (preferably in the DACH or Nordic regions).

• The Hunter Mindset: You don't wait for applicants; you find them. You know how to penetrate new markets where we don't have brand awareness yet.

• Character over CV: You have an eye for talent. You care about who the person is and how they fit our "A-player" philosophy.

• Autonomy: You are comfortable working +- 24 hours a week (0.6 FTE), managing your own time and priorities.

• You are a pragmatic problem solver: You think this job ad could have been much better, and you immediately have new ideas for improving it.

What do we offer you?

• Fulltime salary between €4,500 and €4,800 gross per month (mid-level).

• You choose your own hardware. Windows, Mac, Linux: anything is possible.

• The option to work both at home and at the office. You will receive a home working allowance for the days you work from home (€75 net per month if you work from home full-time).

• If you work at the office, you can leave your lunch box at home; we provide a free lunch every day.
