The Commercial Hunter for the Danish Market
Are you an ambitious starter with a passion for software and commerce? Do you want to lay the foundation for the success of an internationally growing SaaS scale-up in Denmark?
We are looking for an energetic, Danish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to take on the crucial role of filling the commercial pipeline and establishing initial contact with potential customers in Denmark. You will work closely with our Senior Solution Expert, Customer Success Manager, and your fellow SDR. This is your chance to prove yourself and grow into a full-fledged Solution Expert!
What You Will Do
As the 'hunter,' you are the one who opens the door for the Solution Expert. Your success is measured directly by the number of qualified meetings you generate.
Prospecting & Outreach: You identify and approach potential customers in Denmark through cold and warm acquisition (phone, email, LinkedIn).
Lead Qualification: You conduct strategic conversations to validate the needs, pain points, and budgets of prospects. You determine if a lead is ready for a meeting with the Solution Expert.
Database Management: You ensure accurate and up-to-date registration of all interactions and data in HubSpot.
Market Feedback: You share your findings and insights regarding the Danish market and competition directly with the Solution Expert to optimize our outreach campaigns.
Collaboration: You participate in weekly sales meetings and training sessions with the international SDR team to exchange knowledge and best practices.

Job requirements
What You Bring to the Table
Language Skills: Native or near-native fluency in Danish and a strong command of English.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar commercial role is a plus, but ambitious starters with a relevant background are also encouraged to apply. Experience in the construction industry will give you an extra edge.
Persistence (Hunter Mentality): You are not afraid of rejection, possess a positive attitude, and are motivated by achieving clear targets.
Eagerness to Learn: You have a strong interest in the SaaS/Tech industry and want to learn everything about sales processes and our solutions.
Location: Preferably based in the Copenhagen region. However, since customer contact is primarily online or via telephone, other locations are open for discussion.
