Revenue Operations Manager / Revops wanted to help us with our European expansion!
Job description
We are the Operations team of 12Build and we are looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to help us take the next step in our European expansion. Are you looking for a job with growth opportunities in an enthusiastic team? Then read on!
Why this vacancy?
In the past year, we have made a major professionalization effort:
We have said goodbye to self-built tools for subscription management.
Sales and Marketing have been working together in our CRM for some time now.
Our Customer Success platform has been further set up to automate CS's activities as much as possible.
The customer lifecycle stages have been mapped out and are increasingly applied to our work.
Now that this basis has been established, it is time to take the next step. We are looking for someone who ensures that we always have insight into the performance of our commercial processes and who tells us how we can improve them. You do this by ensuring that Marketing, Sales and Customer Success work together as efficiently as possible.
What exactly does the job entail?
You automate the work of our commercial colleagues using the tools from our commercial stack: HubSpot, Younium and Planhat. You do this proactively, so you are aware of the possibilities of these tools and how they can help our organization further. You also ensure that colleagues adopt these possibilities.
You identify process improvements, you implement them and you involve your colleagues in these changes.
You ensure that the data and statistics from these systems are always up-to-date and you come up with proposals on how we can improve these KPIs.
You help us build up the self-serve motion of our platform.
What does my team look like?
Organizationally, you belong to Team Operations. This team consists of people who are involved in all organizational (and sometimes substantive) activities surrounding the completion and delivery of our releases and the support of the commercial teams that belong to it. It is a relatively new team, so there is plenty of room for (personal) growth and further development.
What's in it for you?
You choose your own hardware.
The possibility to work both at home and in the office. If you work from home, you will receive a home-working allowance. If you work at the office, you can leave your lunch box at home, we provide a free lunch every day.
In terms of both tools and processes, everything is in place to be able to work to the max. And do you have ideas about how this can be improved? Bring it on!
Working in an organisation where culture is really number 1. Our core values are Drive, Openness and Happiness. Feel free to ask us about this and see how we put this into practice.
Regular fun outings, team days, speakers and workshops.
No towering hierarchical layers, just a flat organization.
12Build according to Sam (Product Manager)
"12Build is an incredibly pleasant employer. The three core values (Drive, Happiness, and Openness) are central, allowing you to get the most out of yourself. Everyone can be themselves, making it a joy to come to work."
Job requirements
What do you expect from me?
Below are all kinds of things that we would like to see in the ideal candidate. But even if there is something that you are not familiar with yet, we would like to get to know you!
You have experience with CRM software (preferably HubSpot), marketing automation tools and data visualization programs or you want to quickly master them.
You have experience in a similar role, such as application manager, information analyst or an Operations role, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
You have experience with process automation and project management.
Analyzing data is one of your strengths.
You are good at solving problems and you are a critical thinker.
You will regularly be asked what the status of something is or how something is put together. So you pay attention to detail, you work accurately and your (image of the) planning is in order.
You can put into words how a situation is put together, why something needs to be done and what that "something" looks like. You can do this not only verbally but especially in writing.
As you have already noticed, in this role you are between all kinds of parties. Empathy is therefore important.
